LAVIN STUDIO's journey began in 2018 when its founder, Mexican photographer Perla Lavin, was invited to undertake a prestigious commission for Airbnb to photograph over 300 stunning properties across southern Mexico. The success of the project generated rising demand, leading to the creation of LAVIN STUDIO, specialising in property and lifestyle photography. By the following year, the studio was thriving and had quickly gained a reputation for capturing the emerging luxury holiday homes and villas of the Riviera Maya.
Today, LAVIN STUDIO is a creative studio with a deep passion for photography, architecture and design. Based in Bristol, UK, the studio operates on both sides of the Atlantic, collaborating with property, hospitality and lifestyle businesses across the UK and internationally.
At LAVIN STUDIO, we do more than just take photographs. We find the soul of every space and translate it into images that make people stop, feel something, and want to be there.
